How do I get started?
Please call us at the number listed on our website or fill out a contact form. We offer free screenings to all new clients. Once we have determined your child could benefit from speech and language services we will move forward with scheduling an evaluation.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept Medicaid, and we also have payment plan options that can be paid through cash, check, or credit card/debit card. We also provide superbills that can be submitted to your insurance company.
My child has an IEP in their school will you assist in those meetings?
Yes, we will schedule to attend IEP meetings, as needed. This is a separate billable service.
Where do you provide services ?
We currently provide in-home services, meaning we will come to your home. We also provide virtual services where we connect through a HIPPA-compliant tele-network through live video.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is an invoice to submit to your insurance company in order for you to be reimbursed. It will contain the necessary information including diagnosis and treatment codes, session times, fees paid, description of services provided, as well as pertinent practice information (tax id, license number, etc). We will also provide you with assessment and therapy progress reports to submit to your insurance company along with the invoice.
